RA unlawfully blocking public roads, using prohibited access cards, hiring illegal foreign security guards, stopping cars/ asking the public for MyKad/ Driver License in non-strata neighbourhoods. Despite no facilities, no planning permission, insufficient consent and flouting the laws and guidelines, the RA still want to operate GnG which the majority do not want
