GnG scheme or scam? RA unlawfully blocking public roads, using access cards, hiring foreign security guards to stop cars/ ask for ID in non-strata neighbourhoods. Despite no facilities, no planning permission, insufficient consent and flouting the laws n guidelines, the RA here still want to operate GnG the majority do not want?
